Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.' Just thinking about Jesus, our non-judgmental Savior, constantly interceding for us, brings such peace. It reminds me that even when I stumble in my attempt to live like Him, I have an advocate. This intercession isn't just a distant theological concept; it's a personal assurance that empowers me to keep striving to reflect His character. Knowing that He's fighting for me strengthens my resolve to extend grace to others, just as I've received it. It's a testament to God's immense love and goodness – He truly is good all the time! Then there's the foundational truth found in Hebrews 11:1 (NIV): 'Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.' This verse doesn't just define faith; it provides a roadmap for how we approach living out God's example. To follow God, we need faith to believe in what He's called us to do, even when the path isn't clear. I've personally found that when I bring my hopes and concerns to God for peace, even the smallest steps of faith can lead to incredible breakthroughs. It's about trusting His plan, even when it seems impossible, and acting on that trust. This active faith is crucial for reflecting His love and light to the world. We are saved by grace through faith, 'not by works, so that no one can boast,' as Ephesians 2:8-9 (NIV) reminds us. This echoes the call in Ephesians 4:1 (NIV) to 'live a life worthy of the calling you have received.' Sometimes people wonder, 'is there more than 1 god?' But these scriptures consistently point to one unified, loving God revealed through Christ. His example, His intercession, and the very nature of faith itself all testify to His singular, unwavering character. The Spirit of God, who raised Christ from the dead, also lives in us (Romans 8:11 NIV), empowering us to live like Him and carry His divine presence into the world.
