I actually cook my shrimp instead of letting the lime juice do it. I cut everything by hand. Except the Jalapenos I added.

Base: Jasmine Rice. toppings: ground turkey with sauteed bell peppers and onions. pickled red onions, jalapenos, and vine baby sweet tomatoes. Also I have dill cucumber taziki sauce on the side.
