Health update***
Come along with me to the doctor! My blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar levels are really good. My diabetes is gone. Three months ago, was the last time I weighed myself. I was 213 pounds. I did gain 5 pounds, since the last time I seen the doctor. Now I am 218, but thatโ€™s OK! I do now have a kit.
