Transformation is a profound journey that involves more than just outward change—it starts deep within our minds and hearts. According to the powerful scripture from Ephesians 4:23-24, to be renewed in the spirit of your mind means actively allowing God to reshape the way we think, feel, and perceive ourselves and the world around us.
