High Protein Berry Yogurt Jello Bowl 🍓🫐

High protein berry yogurt, jello bowl is an absolute dream and low in calorie!🤤 This dessert kept me full for hours on a deficit💪🏼

Ingredients:

▪️Sugar free jello (Home made)

▪️250g of unsweetened yogurt

▪️1/2 cup of strawberries

▪️1/4 cup of blueberries

1. Make the jello. Store in fridge 2-4 hours to set.

2. Add 250g of unsweetened yogurt in a small bowl (I used coconut yogurt with protein powder) then mix.

3. Top the yogurt on 300g of jello.

4. Microwave 1/2 cup of strawberries. To cool down, add 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries and put it on top of the yogurt.
