I have seen so many cute Christmas candles this year in store but while I was perusing the aisles at home goods I spotted this dish and I thought this would make the CUTEST candle on my desk! I grabbed a candle making kit from Amazon - they have everything you need to make the perfect candles, and I got a couple additional accessories. For this candle I chose mini acorns & some glittery pine which I snipped off some larger stems. I poured the mixture into the dish, waited until it was mostly dry and then I added a little more wax to the upper and lower ends of the dish, and lightly pushed in the christmassy pine cones & pine. I am sooo obsessed with how it turned out and I love making my own home decor. I think these would be so cute as hostess gifts this holiday too!
