Unemployed registration. What to do? How much money?

Unemployed, then remember to "register unemployed" because Article 33 insurers may be entitled to unemployment compensation from Social Security.

👤 Who has rights?

: Must be an insurer Section 33 and have submitted contributions for not less than 6 months within 15 months before unemployment, including being ready to work and meeting certain conditions.

📱 How to register?

1. Registered through the Employment Department's system. e-service.doe.go.th

2. Confirm identity + fill in information and causes of unemployment.

3. Report on schedule once a month.

📌 Important! Must register within 30 days of unemployment so as not to lose the right to receive a replacement payment.

💰 How much money did you get?

1.Resign yourself / end of employment contract

👉 30% of the base of wages, calculated from a base of up to 15,000 baht, not more than 90 days / calendar year

2. Dismissal

👉 60% of the base of wages, calculated from a base of up to 15,000 baht, not more than 180 days / calendar year.

Such as a 15,000 baht wage base.

Resign → Up to 4,500 Baht / month

Dismissal → Up to 9,000 Baht / month

⏰ When is the money registered?

Generally, money will enter within 7-14 business days after registration and reporting. This must be checked and approved by the Social Security Administration first.
