Soft coconut cake is another favorite cake. This cake is not very kind. Hurry to eat, so it's out of order.

- Soft Coconut Sauce (Gemstone Chef Recipe)

150 grams of coconut water

50 grams of sugar

200 grams of coconut milk

1 / 8 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons Nila scent

Fresh milk or water, 50 ml.

- How to do it?

1.Sifting cake flour, baking powder, gliding together into a container

2. Pour the bakery sugar in, followed by the vanila smell.

3. Hammer 4 chicken eggs. Put them together. Stir enough ingredients together.

Don't be a long time. The cake will be sticky.

4. Add the fresh milk to it. Beat with the middle speed for 1 minute.

5. Slash the sp on the head. Hit the mixture at a high speed of 7 minutes.

During a three-round break to cut the mixing bowl from the dough.

6. Adjust the speed of the middle speed. Gradually add rice bran oil to the line.

Do not pour one step and adjust the maximum speed to 1 minute. Complete 1 minute. Mix bowl.
