Baking it in a water bath gives it that perfectly creamy texture, and the aroma filling my kitchen is simply intoxicating. The crust is often made with flour, butter, and a touch of sugar, creating a delicate casing for the rich, caramelized coconut inside. It’s a bit more intricate to make than Grater Cake but the reward is a truly sophisticated and flavorful dessert that’s perfect with a cup of tea or coffee.
