My round sourdough loaf was too ugly to post, i used a 2 loaf recipe and decided to do one in a loaf pan. Waiting for it to cool so i can cut it! The ugly loaf is already gone and it was a little dark on the crust but tasted amazing and had a great spring and crumb. Proud of myself because baking b
