A well-maintained, renovated unit could command a higher selling price closer to $800,000 compared to an unrenovated one priced around $740,000. In my view, when setting a selling price post-SERS, consider the unit’s location, condition, and potential future developments nearby. Since SERS removal means less redevelopment risk, buyers may be willing to pay a premium for such stable properties. Therefore, sellers should evaluate current market trends and comparable listings thoroughly before deciding on their final asking price.
