Maybe it's to 'WORK OUT 5 TIMES A WEEK,' 'LOSE 10lbs' (or 'LOSE 20lbs,' 'LOSE 30lbs,' 'LOSE 40lbs' – whatever feels right for you!), 'run a 5K,' or even 'incorporate more SPORT into my routine.' Don't forget mental wellness: 'consistent morning routine' or 'meditate daily' can be great additions. I'm aiming for 'clear skin' this year, which means sticking to my skincare regimen! 2. Personal Growth & Learning: This category is so fulfilling. What new skill have you always wanted to master? For me, it was 'LEARN TO BRAID' and 'LEARN CALLIGRAPHY.' I've put 'HOST 4 EVENTS' on my board because I want to connect more with friends and family. Others might include 'take a FIRST FLIGHT' to a new destination, 'volunteer regularly,' or 'make new friends.' Think about experiences that would bring you joy or broaden your horizons. 6. Self-Care & Appearance: Goals like 'BRACES/INVISALIGN' or 'invest in a new wardrobe' can boost your confidence. My personal goal for a 'MY RENAISSANCE' year means focusing on all aspects of self-improvement, including my appearance and inner glow. When you're making your list, try to make each item measurable and specific. Instead of just 'be healthy,' think 'eat 5 servings of vegetables daily.' And remember, the 'Bingo' aspect makes it fun!
