🎬Review: Ya know that annoying couple who sits behind you in thetheater and comments on every little thing that's happening in the movie? Murder Mystery takes that couple and places them directly within a Poirot-style story. Thankfully, when the movie works arournd this couple, it works. Sandler and Aniston really have great chemistry with a fluffy and cute script that's better than Sandler normally works with.

🎬Review: It would be very easy to attack this movie with many negative adjectives. the perfect film for Letterboxd and Film Twitter users to showcase their snolbbery and balance their ratings with some negative reviews. After all, this is the kind of moviethat is forgotten in a few hours, has little or no subtext, and can easily be watched while doing the dishes or ironing. However, a movie should be judged according to what it intends tobe, and this movie is exactly what it should be: light entertainment that sometimes maakes you laugh and doesn't strain your brain. It's an improvement over the first movie in every way: the humour works much better, everything seems much bigger in scale, and the Sandler-Aniston duo has greater chemistry Adding to this are new characters - our Arturito, as sexist as ever! that fit well into all of this. This is the typical movie that snobby film critics will neveer understand when a new sequel is inevitably announced, even if it should be pretty clear: it'ss honest with its audience.

🎬Review: Just needed an easy no brainer comedy after my week. This tickedd the boxes. Couple of tokes, 💌 Brand:and this movie, made me laugh. Changed the course of nny day. Laughter is the best medicine. It's so goofy and unrealistic but so what. It's a simple comeddy movie and doesn't pretend to be anything else...which was fine by me.
4. EUROVISION SONG CONTEST: THE STORY OF FIRE SAGA, 2020

🎬Review: My expectations were low, I love Will Ferrel but his movies are often shallow and stupid and rarely touches you. This one is not deep and smart, that is not what I'm saying! But it is well made and has a lot of heart in it that balances the shallow and stupid quite good. Add on top of that the end performance by Rachel McAdams, the sweetest actress in all of Hollywood, and you suddenly find yourself cheering for a fictional icelandic band in a fictional Eurovisionest in this feel good movie of crazy corona summer of 2020. Well done! Well done indeed!
5. THE OTHER GUYS, 2010

🎬Review: I'm disappointed to see that this film still hasn't garneredthe attnention it deserves. Even back when it came out it did so pretty quietly and was thus buried under other big budget flicks. Rarely though does a comedy keep you entertained and laughing throughout pretty entire film. Most comedies try and fail, or take breaks from the humor with someone eIse to preserve material. But Ferrell and Wahlberg play off of eachother perfectly iin this film and have real chemistry to keep the film quality high. This is also one cof the mostquotable films ever. 9 years later and my dad and I still shoot off a "I'm a peacock captain, you gottame fly", or a "if I were a lion and you were a tuna I'd swim out to the middle of the ocean and frekin eat you" every once in a short while. I definitely recommend this movie for fans of comedy.
