New shampoo and conditioner
I’ve been looking for a good shampoo and conditioner and came across this brand. I had heard a lot about it so I’m very excited to tried them.

Okay, so you guys know I've been on the hunt for a new shampoo and conditioner that really works without being too harsh on my scalp. That's why when I kept hearing buzz about the Kristin Ess Extra Gentle Shampoo and Conditioner, I knew I had to give it a try! I was specifically looking for something that would cleanse effectively but gently, without stripping my hair or leaving it feeling like straw. The 'extra gentle' part of the name really caught my eye, and after checking out the ingredients, I saw it was sulfate-free, which is a big plus for keeping my hair color vibrant and my scalp happy. I've also heard that Kristin Ess products generally have a lovely, subtle scent, and I'm all about a good shower experience! When I first used the Extra Gentle Shampoo, I was impressed by how it lathered. Sometimes sulfate-free shampoos don't foam up much, but this one created a nice, soft lather that felt really luxurious. It rinsed out easily, and my hair felt clean but not squeaky or overly stripped – exactly what I was hoping for. The conditioner, which is also extra gentle, felt incredibly silky. A little bit went a long way, and it detangled my hair beautifully without weighing it down. After rinsing, my hair felt noticeably softer and smoother, even before drying. I think this duo is perfect for anyone with a sensitive scalp, fine-to-medium hair, or even color-treated hair like mine. If you wash your hair frequently, an extra gentle formula is key to maintaining scalp health and preventing damage. While the brand also has a Deep Clean Clarifying Shampoo (which I might try for an occasional reset!), for everyday use, this Extra Gentle line seems to be a fantastic fit for those of us who need a delicate touch. After my first few washes, I can genuinely say my hair feels much more balanced. It's clean, soft, and has a healthy shine, without any irritation. I'm really looking forward to seeing the long-term benefits, but so far, it's a huge win in my haircare routine! If you’ve been on the fence about trying Kristin Ess, especially their Extra Gentle line, I highly recommend giving it a go. It might just be your new holy grail!
