Week 4 💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️

This week was HARD! Getting up was hard, the workouts were hard, not taking a mid day nap was hard. But I did all the hard things and the results are showing! @Crunch Fitness @Gymreapers @DFYNE #crunchfitness #workoutmotivation #hiitcircuit #morningworkout

Week 3 CRUSHED!!!

When I made up my mind to start doing these early morning classes I just knew I was going to HATE it 🤣🤣 And I’m not going to lie them 4:30am wake ups are brutal but the feeling of completing a hard workout before anyone in the house wakes up is unmatched! The abs and muscle definition help too 🤭 #
