February 23 I started my workout journey at my heaviest weight ever (221lbs). I’ve been post postpartum 4 years now and have finally gathered the energy and strength to pour back into my body. 4 months later on June 23rd I am now 20lbs down and have finally hit under the 200lb threshold. I still have 15lbs to go for my ideal weight but Ive come so far. To all my mommies out there trying to get their body back ….. just find you a starting point and go from there. Take your time, learn your body and find your flow.
