Knowing if you're on the right path involves self-reflection and understanding your skills, interests, and values. Consider asking yourself key questions: Do you feel fulfilled in your current role? Are you excited to go to work every day? Have you grown professionally? If these answers are unclear, it may be time to reassess your choices. Many people encounter pivotal moments where they realize a change is needed. Common signs include feeling disengaged, unchallenged, or misaligned with company values. Seeking feedback from trusted colleagues and mentors can provide fresh perspectives on your career trajectory. Lastly, don't hesitate to explore resources like career counseling or workshops to help clarify your career goals and navigate your options effectively.

You know you made the right choice if you’re still interested in the subject. One thing I learned that can make difference is the job you take. There are many positions in a career fields, don’t drop the path because of one bad experience. Try different positions in the field first before walking away.

One way to figure it out is to think about what makes you happy and fulfilled. If your work aligns with your passions and values, that's a good sign you're on the right track.
