Hi #Lemon8 🍋 this is one of my fav morning drinks! This is a perfect pre-workout drink. Sometimes I don’t feel like drinking a regular protein shake so this is a perfect substitute with 14g of #protein 🥳 Meeting your goals does not have to be boring! I mix the electrolyte tablet with water first then add 2 scoops of collagen powder and then the energy drops! So refreshing, enjoy!
