... Read moreIf you're curious about the elaborate craftsmanship behind this holiday omakase, I found that the pairing of delicate Edo-style tempura with premium Kaluga Queen caviar truly elevates the dining experience. For anyone wondering about the pricing and timing, it runs from December 11 to 31, with lunch available from noon to 2:30 pm and dinner from 6 to 10 pm, priced at $388++. This unique menu highlights the skill of Chef Naruki Takeshima, whose technique blends traditional Japanese tempura with innovative flavors inspired by the sea. Personally, what impressed me most was how the combination of the crisp tempura batter and the rich, briny caviar created an exquisite contrast, making every bite memorable. This has definitely set a new standard for festive omakase menus in Singapore. Moreover, the venue, Tempura Ensei at Palais Renaissance, offers a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, completing the perfect holiday dining outing. Beyond just the food, the attention to detail in presentation and ingredient quality stands out, making this experience not just a meal but a culinary journey. For those considering a holiday treat or a special occasion meal, this omakase with Kaluga Queen caviar is a fantastic choice. Don't miss out on tasting this limited-time menu that brings the freshest flavors from the sea straight to your plate.

Most Value for Money Omakase in Tokyo
Fr hands down my fav place in Tokyo for omakase because of price, freshness of fish & number of courses. At 8800¥, you get about 22 courses and everything was so so good. Especially loveddd the uni, chawanmushi, chutoro and scallop courses. #omakase #japan #tokyofoodie #tokyo #

Value for money omakase!
🤩 $115 for 11 courses, premium ingredients like Hokkaido Oysters, A5 Wagyu, Uni, and fresh sashimi is really value for money. Local chef, non-traditional hole in the wall spot. Definitely better than average for this price range, and would recommend the restaurant to non-Japanese food snobs!

We tried this omakase at $98 per pax for 12 courses. It’s affordable and definitely value for money, though honestly there isn’t much of a wow factor, most courses are sushi. We added a few extra dishes at additional cost and those made a big difference. The foie gras and beef were especial

10 courses OMAKASE for $29.90
Sushidan is a well-known sushi restaurant from Japan, located on B1 of Raffles City, Singapore. It’s worth checking out if you’re nearby and can avoid the queue. They offer an omakase-style set menu, and at S$19.90 or S$29.90++, it’s really good value for the quality of food you get. #sgfood
