Hey fam!! Hope your evening is full of peace and calm. I just had a powerful moment with the Lord, and I had to share this with y’all. The Lord reminded me: FREEDOM starts in the MIND 🧠.

The enemy is slick😈. He doesn’t always attack your money 💰, your job 🖥️, or your health 🏥—he comes after your THOUGHT LIFE. Because if he can get in your head, he can mess with your WALK, your WORSHIP, and your WITNESS…..through what is known as STRONGHOLDS ⛓️ !

2 Corinthians 10:4-6 says, “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.”

Sis, bro—if your thoughts don’t line up with GOD’S WORD, they’ve got to go ❌.

😫That “I CAN’T” mindset?

😰That fear of never being enough?

😭That pain you keep reliving?

😡That pride that keeps you from surrendering?

Those are strongholds—and the devil is a LIAR 🔥. But you’ve got WEAPONS:

🍽️ FASTING

📖 The WORD OF GOD

🕊️ The HOLY SPIRIT

You don’t have to stay in BONDAGE. Start casting down EVERY thought that tries to sit on the throne of your life where only GOD belongs 👑.

Romans 12:2 says, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Let the Lord take back the command center 🧠 and give you CLARITY, JOY, and POWER!

By practicing mindfulness and resting in God's promises, we can cast aside fear and invite freedom into our lives.
