Hey family! 💭 Tonight’s reflection got me thinking… Are you walking with God because you LOVE Him—or just because you don’t want to go to HELL?🔥 Let’s be real… Some of us are treating Jesus like FIRE INSURANCE. 🙇🏾‍♀️ We got just enough “faith” to avoid the flames, but not enough LOVE to truly FOLLOW Him daily.

Now don’t get me wrong—HELL is real. But FEAR ALONE won’t grow your faith. If your whole relationship with God is based on “not burning,” it might be time for a HEART CHECK.💔 God wants to be more than your emergency plan. He wants to be your FATHER👑, your FRIEND🤝🏾, your EVERYTHING🌟.

REAL FAITH is motivated by LOVE, not just SURVIVAL. When you understand how GOOD He’s been, how PATIENT He is, and how deeply He LOVES YOU—it’ll push you to SURRENDER not out of FEAR, but out of JOY🎉.

So here’s your question tonight: Is your FAITH a real RELATIONSHIP—or just FIRE INSURANCE? 💥 Don’t settle for safety. Go after the Savior💖.

The Scriptures remind us of the profound nature of God’s love, as articulated in Romans 5:8 and 1 John 4:18. These passages urge us to reflect on the authenticity of our relationship with God. Are we merely avoiding hell, or are we engaging in a heartfelt connection with the Creator who longs to be our friend and guide? Being aware of our motivations can unlock a genuine spiritual journey where love reigns supreme over fear. It calls for an examination of our hearts to ensure that our faith is not just about making it through life without calamity, but about walking in the light of love, embodying the fullness of what a relationship with God can truly be.
