Not more than you can bear…

✨A Light 💡in the Night🌙

Hey friends! ❤️ Let’s talk about something I’ve heard all my life: “God won’t put more on you than you can bear.” Sounds comforting, right? But here’s the thing… that’s not what 1 Corinthians 10:13 actually says 🧐.

That verse is about TEMPTATION—not trials or suffering. It says God will NEVER let temptation be so strong that you have NO choice 👏🏾. He promises to make a WAY OF ESCAPE 🚪. But here’s the part we don’t always catch—if you’re not CONNECTED to God, if you’re not SEEKING His voice 🕊️, that escape door could be RIGHT THERE and you’ll still miss it 🙈.

We’ve seen it—and maybe lived it. People CAVING under temptation, overwhelmed by sin that feels TOO BIG to beat 😩. But when you’re WALKING WITH THE LORD, there’s POWER, DISCERNMENT, and STRENGTH to recognize the exit and RUN 🏃🏾‍♀️💨.

This is why RELATIONSHIP with God is everything 💞. Not religion. Not tradition. Not “good vibes.” 🙅🏾‍♀️ We need to stay grounded in His WORD 📖 and LED by His SPIRIT 🔥.

Even when it feels unbearable, God is FAITHFUL. He already made a way out—you just gotta stay close enough to SEE IT ✨.
