Hey y’all! 🤎 I just wanted to come on here this evening and share a quick word from my heart 🧡. I overheard someone say today that “God gives His toughest battles to His strongest soldiers,” and I get it—it’s meant to ENCOURAGE us when life feels heavy 💼. But I need to speak some TRUTH 🗣️ into that phrase because, if I’m honest, it’s not always accurate.
The STRENGTH that gets us through is not our own—it’s GOD’S 💪🏾. Even the strongest believers can find themselves WORN OUT 🥺, overwhelmed, and broken. But our HOPE isn’t in our willpower or endurance—it’s in the STRENGTH of our FATHER 🙌🏾.
The Bible tells us: “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” (2 Cor. 12:9 NASB) 📖. That means when we are WEAK, God steps in with His POWER 💥. So if you’re struggling, don’t think it means you’re not “strong enough.” That’s not how it works.
The real question is: are you SURRENDERED? Are you trusting God to CARRY YOU through? Because in every storm ⛈️, there’s either a LESSON, a BLESSING, or an ASSIGNMENT.
