Check Your Attitude

Let’s pray 🙏🏾 and get this day underway♥️!

Good morning family 🌞❤️! Let me ask you something—SO YOU’RE A FOLLOWER OF CHRIST, right? 🙋🏾‍♀️🙏🏾 Let’s assume your answer is YES ✔️… then Philippians 2:5 hits us with a STRONG INSTRUCTION 📖: “Have the SAME ATTITUDE as Christ Jesus.”

Now, how many times have you heard someone say, “Well, that’s just the way I am” 🤷🏾‍♀️? But GOD’S WORD tells us that’s NOT the way we stay 🙅🏾‍♀️. We don’t get a pass to remain stuck in old ways. Instead, we are CALLED to take on the ATTITUDE of JESUS ✝️.

And what’s HIS ATTITUDE? SELFLESSNESS ❤️, HUMILITY 🙇🏾‍♀️, SACRIFICE ✝️. He LEFT the throne 👑, became human 👨🏾‍🦱, lived PERFECTLY 🌟, died a DEATH we couldn’t bear ⚰️, and rose again on the third day 🌅. THAT’S the ATTITUDE we’re invited to mirror.

So today, ask yourself: “What parts of my ATTITUDE don’t look like JESUS?” 🪞 And then PRAY 🙏🏾 for the HOLY SPIRIT 🕊️ to reshape your HEART ❤️ and MIND 🧠 into tools that REFLECT CHRIST. Because if JESUS is the EXAMPLE 👣, then HIS WORD 📖 is the blueprint.
