Grace didn’t erase the standard!

✨A Light 💡in the Night🌙

Hey family 👋🏾💛 Sometimes we get it twisted — we think GRACE means the STANDARD got easier 😅. But the truth is, Jesus didn’t LOWER the bar; He RAISED it 🙌🏾🔥.

In the Old Testament, God said “Do not MURDER,” but Jesus said even harboring ANGER 😡 in your HEART 💔 is like committing murder in spirit (Matthew 5:21-22). The same with ADULTERY 💔 — before, it was just the physical act, but Jesus said even LOOKING 👀 with LUST 💭 means the sin already started inside. He shifted the focus from outward behavior to inward PURITY 💖.

That’s not condemnation — it’s an INVITATION 🙏🏾. Jesus came to FULFILL the law, not abolish it (Matthew 5:17). His GRACE doesn’t erase EXPECTATION; it EMPOWERS us to live HOLY 💪🏾 because His Spirit lives WITHIN us 🕊️. God still calls us to INTEGRITY, to examine our HEARTS ❤️ daily, and to walk in OBEDIENCE 👣, not perfection. Grace is not a free pass — it’s divine POWER 💥 to live above sin and reflect CHRIST in a dark world 🌎✨.
