Good evening, beautiful family 💕! I pray your heart feels LIGHT and your mind at PEACE tonight 🕊️🌙. Let’s talk about something we often avoid — SELF-CARE 💧. Somewhere along the way, many believers started believing that taking care of yourself is SELFISH 😔. But God never said that! He called us to LOVE others as we love ourselves (Matt 22:39) 💕 — meaning SELF-LOVE is the standard, not the sin 🙌🏾.

You can’t fulfill the GREAT COMMISSION if your spirit is drained, your body is weary, and your emotions are neglected 😞. God didn’t design you to be a MARTYR of burnout 💔. He designed you to be a MESSENGER of LIFE 🌿🌈. When you REST 💤, eat well 🥗, and spend quiet time in His presence 🙏🏾, you’re refueling your lamp to keep shining 🔥.

Neglecting yourself is not HUMILITY 🙁 — it’s DISOBEDIENCE to the truth that your body is HIS TEMPLE 🕊️ (1 Cor 6:19). Real faith means managing your energy so God can use you FULLY 💪🏾. So tonight, release the guilt, refill your cup ☕, and remember that God is GLORIFIED when His children walk in WHOLENESS 🌺✨.
