Tasting Thai Phetchaburi food, good atmosphere, sea view
Who has ever eaten an ancient Thai dish like "bronze meat," "small boil"?
Not long ago, Meth and Nok went to sample Thai Phetchaburi food at the "Prim" dining room in the Devaram Hua Hin Resort, the vintage resort, the sea of Cha-Hua Hin.
There is a Deva Bistro dining room that serves both Thai and Western cuisine, and there are Thai menus that already use local Phetchaburi ingredients, especially Deva Bistro soaked rice that many people are attracted to.
But soon the store will focus more on Thai Phetchaburi food, with the new name "Prim," intended to present the charm of the city of diamonds, from local cuisine to palace decks. This time we tried the Signature Set: Phetchaburi Heritage as a deck for 2 people.
Let's start with the starters coming, three menus served to each set.

▪️ boiled miniature city of diamonds is an ancient curry that is said to have both palace and villagers recipes, which vary. There are some shops for sale in Phetchaburi. I personally think that this place can taste mellow. Balance has three flavors, sour, salty, sweet, fit, not sweet. Very delicious.

▪️ Angus. This dish says that it has never been eaten before. It is seen that it is an ancient Thai dish. The taste is salty and sweet according to the spice aroma. The important thing is that the meat is very soft. The first try is delicious and pleasant.

ถ้าใครกำลังหาร้านอาหารชมทะเลแถวหัวหิน-ชะอำ ที่ได้ฟีลพักผ่อนจริงๆ พร้อมได้ลองอาหารไทยรสท้องถิ่นแบบ “เมืองเพชรบุรี” เราว่าห้องอาหารพริบพรี (PRIBPRI) ในเทวาศรม หัวหิน เป็นตัวเลือกที่เหมาะมาก โดยเฉพาะวันที่อยากนั่งกินข้าวช้าๆ มองทะเล ฟังเสียงคลื่น แล้วค่อยๆ ชิมเมนูที่หากินยาก ทริคของเราคือพยายามจองล่วงหน้าและขอโต๊ะโซนที่เห็นวิวทะเลชัดๆ (ยิ่งช่วงเย็นแสงสวย) เพราะบรรยากาศมีผลกับความประทับใจมาก ร้านนี้คุมโทนวินเทจๆ ทำให้มื้ออาหารดูพิเศษขึ้นแบบไม่ต้องพยายามแต่งอะไรเยอะ เรื่องเมนู ถ้าไปครั้งแรกแนะนำให้เริ่มจากเซ็ตที่รวม “เสน่ห์รสชาติเมืองเพชร จากชาวบ้านถึงชาววัง” อย่าง Phetchaburi Heritage เพราะจะได้ลองหลายอย่างในมื้อเดียว ตั้งแต่ของว่างไปจนถึงของหวาน เราชอบคอนเซ็ปต์ที่เสิร์ฟเป็นสำรับสำหรับแชร์ ทำให้เหมาะกับการไปเป็นคู่/ไปกับครอบครัว และได้ชิมหลากรสจริงๆ เมนูที่อยากให้ลองแล้วค่อยๆ สังเกตรสคือ “ต้มจิ๋วเมืองเพชร” เพราะเป็นแกงที่บาลานซ์เปรี้ยว เค็ม หวานได้พอดี ถ้าใครกลัวหวานแบบอาหารเพชรบุรี บอกเลยว่าจานนี้ทำออกมากลมกล่อม กินง่าย ส่วน “แองกัสเนื้อสัมฤทธิ์” เป็นอีกจานที่หลายคนไม่คุ้นชื่อ แต่พอกินแล้วจะเข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมถึงเป็นเมนูโบราณที่น่าลอง รสเค็มนำหวานตาม หอมเครื่องเทศ และเนื้อนุ่มมาก สายซีฟู้ดก็ไม่ควรพลาด “ปลากะพงทอดราดซอสมะขาม” ซอสมะขามเปรี้ยวหวานกำลังดี กินกับข้าวหอมมะลิที่เสิร์ฟมาเป็นกรวยใบตองคือเข้ากันสุดๆ แล้วถ้าชอบรสจัดๆ ให้เล็ง “กุ้งผัดพริกกะเหรี่ยง” ที่ได้ความหอมเผ็ดแบบพริกท้องถิ่นเพชรบุรี กินแล้วตัดเลี่ยนดีมาก ปิดท้ายของหวาน เราว่าขนมโคมะพร้าวอ่อนเป็นจานที่เหมาะกับคนไม่ชอบหวานจัด เนื้อแป้งนุ่ม ไส้ไม่หวานโดด กินแล้วเบาๆ แต่ยังได้ความเป็นขนมไทยอยู่ โดยรวมถ้าโจทย์คือ “ร้านอาหารชมทะเลหัวหิน เมืองเพชรบุรี” ที่อยากได้ทั้งวิวและประสบการณ์อาหารไทยแบบมีเรื่องเล่า พริบพรีเป็นร้านที่พาแขกต่างถิ่นไปแล้วดูดี หรือพาครอบครัวไปฉลองก็ดีค่ะ
