I had lost 20 pounds so far on November 9

I’d lost 20 pounds of my 25 pound goal on Nov 9, 2024. At 3 months I lost the 25 pounds by November 20. So I just kept going. I don’t have a weight loss goal anymore. My innner thighs no longer rub together when I wear swimsuits or skirts/dresses. I didn’t realize how uncomfortable I was
