What I eat in a day (with details) 🤍

These are my favorite videos to makes & to watch for whatever reason.

Breakfast: Turkey bacon, egg, cheese, and avocado croissant- probably my favorite breakfast right now.

Coffee: I just did a double shot espresso, almond milk, pumpkin spice creamer, topped with pumpkin spice cold foam.

*The machine is on my Amazon storefront under “coffee bar”.

Lunch: Lobster bisque from Trader Joe’s, so good.

Dinner: Turkey wings over white rice and asparagus.

I usually cook my turkey wings on 350 covered about 4–5 hours. But I didn’t have all that time today- so I cooked them in the cast iron on 450 for an hour covered. Flipped them, basted them, and browned them uncovered for another maybe 30 minutes.

Seasonings: Salt, pepper, Tony’s, Slap ya Mama, onion powder, garlic powder.

For the gravy, I just mixed chicken broth, Lipton, onion, soup mix, and some flour.
