Life has been so busy, it’s just a lot easier to post weekly instead of daily, unless I get a lil break in work and home life. I have to learn how to balance, otherwise I’m going to just be scattered brain. Last week was long and hard but I made it through with the help of God🙏🏿🙏🏿

Well, I’ve been on bed rest this week. Last week was great, i started Pilates and a cycle class. I was supposed to start a Dance workout class on Monday but my body had other plans. I passed out for the first time ever in my life due to my anemia and it resulted in a concussion, torn ligament, and
