Dinner — Catfish Po’Boys 🐟🥪

Tried to do something quick for dinner tonight! Didn’t take long at all! Got full off the sandwich alone, didn’t even need to make a side 🙃

✨ Cut catfish into nuggets!

✨ Put into a bowl with Buttermilk seasoned with Old bay, Dijon mustard, Garlic powder, Buffalo sauce, && Pepper! ✨ While catfish nuggets are soaking, heat oil in a deep pot until it reaches 375°- 400°

✨ When oil is hot enough, move nuggets into fish fry breading & shake until well coated then drop into the oil

✨ Fry for about 10 minutes, remove and drain on paper towels!!

✨ Dress bread with mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc… then add catfish!!!
