Dairy Free Alfredo 🍝

This might be the best meal yet considering it’s diary free!!

Ingredients:

✨ 4 cups Almond Milk

✨ 2 tbl Basil Pesto Sauce

✨ Cornstarch slurry (1/3 cup cornstarch & 1/3 cup water)

✨ Baked Chicken Breast - diced

✨ Zucchini - diced

✨ 1 box Banza Pasta

✨ Seasonings to taste

💥 Heat up almond milk in a pot, stir in pesto!

💥 When it comes to a boil add in slurry a little at a time to determine how thick you want it!

💥 Season to taste, set aside!

💥 Cook banza pasta as instructed on the box, drain out water!!

💥 Mix the sauce, pasta, chicken, & zucchini all together 💥 Season to taste!
