Red Velvet Mug Cake ❤️🍰☕️

I’ve really been wanting some cake lately but haven’t really had the time to actually make a whole cake! The next best thing…… MUG CAKES!!! 🥳 Then I did a little extra && topped it with matcha ice cream 🥰🍨

Depending on the size mug you have, you may need to cut this recipe in 1/2…… as you can see mine overflowed 😅

Ingredients:

✨ 2 Tbl Butter

✨ 6 Tbl Milk

✨ Red Food Coloring

✨ 16 Tbl Flour

✨ 2 Tsp Baking Powder

✨ 3 Tsp Cocoa Powder

✨ 1 Tbl Sugar

✨ 1 Tbl Brown Sugar

✨ Chocolate Chips

💥 Put butter & milk into your mug & melt in the microwave

💥 Add a few drops of red coloring

💥 Add in all the dry ingredients & mix well

💥 Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top of the mixture

💥 Cook in microwave 2-3 Minutes ( check if batter is cooked though with a fork )
