God has blessed 2025 ✝️
As most of you know, I’ve been absent from posting Bible studies📚. I apologize, these past few months have been… eventful 😁. I’d like to start off by saying, I’m married!!!💍 To someone I’ve known since Kindergarten, and we are expecting our first baby in April 🍼. With both of us being dual military ⚓️ we’ve been long distance for about 1.5 years since we started dating, and although there have been a lot of setbacks with military trying to co-locate us and being able to see each other. God has finally united us with co-location and a home🏡. We are so grateful to be blessed by him, and since we are more settled I’d love to continue posting my Bible studies. Now with me being military and with baby on the way I will be trying to read, translate my understanding and post 1 chapter everyday until baby is born.
Balancing military life with personal milestones like marriage and pregnancy brings unique challenges and blessings. From my own experience and what I’ve heard from others in the military community, staying spiritually grounded during long deployments or separations is essential. Faith offers a strong foundation that helps maintain hope and resilience even when physical distance stretches relationships. The journey of co-location—the military process of bringing two service members together geographically—is often filled with bureaucratic hurdles and delays. Yet, when it finally happens, it feels like a profound blessing and answer to prayers, as it has for this couple. Being united in the same home creates a new rhythm for family life, especially with a baby on the way, and brings fresh opportunities to nurture both the relationship and spiritual growth. Daily Bible study, especially reading and reflecting on one chapter each day, can deepen one’s understanding of God’s promises during periods of change. It’s a beautiful way to stay connected not only to faith but also to a community of believers who find strength in scripture. Through sharing personal interpretations and experiences, these studies become more than just reading—they become a living testimony of endurance, love, and hope. For those also balancing military duties and family planning, embracing faith can provide a steady anchor amid uncertainty. This story illustrates how trust in God can guide you through challenging transitions, reminding us that blessings often come in the most unexpected ways and times.
