My Introduction

Okay, so it's wild that I haven't properly introduced myself until now! You guys have seen glimpses of my life, but I really wanted to open up more here on Lemon8. I'm Lia Rose, a 20-year-old living my best life in beautiful South Carolina. It’s such a charming place, and I love exploring all the little corners here, from sunny streets filled with palm trees to cozy local spots. One thing you'll quickly learn about me is my absolute love for my furry companion, Corduroy! He's my sweet 11-month-old tabby cat, and he pretty much rules the house. If you're a pet parent, you know the joy (and occasional chaos!) they bring. He loves his naps on my light-colored blankets, and I can't resist giving him a gentle pet when he's all curled up. He's definitely a huge part of my everyday happiness. My partner, Vinny, is another big part of my world. We love taking walks together, just holding hands and enjoying the simple moments. It's those quiet connections that really make life special, and I’m all about embracing those genuine, unfiltered experiences. Whether we're exploring new places or just chilling at home, having someone to share life's adventures with is the best. When I'm not chasing Corduroy or hanging out with Vinny, you can usually find me indulging in my various passions. I'm a huge fan of a good cozy night in! My tall black bookshelf is overflowing with books of all kinds – I’m always on the hunt for my next great read. There’s nothing quite like getting lost in a good story. I’ve been trying to grow my personal library with a mix of inspiring non-fiction and captivating fiction. And speaking of cozy, I've really been focusing on a healthy lifestyle in 2024. For me, that means finding balance. I love making nourishing meals, like a warm bowl of miso soup garnished with fresh green onions—so comforting! But I also believe in treating yourself, which is why you might spot some delicious cupcakes or fresh red apples around my kitchen. And my daily ritual? An iced coffee topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, of course! It’s the perfect little pick-me-up. Skincare is another big interest of mine. I've been loving the Bubble brand recently; their moisturizer and gel cleanser have become staples in my routine. It feels great to find products that genuinely work for my skin and make me feel good. I'm always looking for ways to pamper myself and prioritize self-care. I truly believe in embracing vulnerability and sharing my authentic self.
