💭What's on my mind: well my Paw was an amazing man. He was an engineer for the railroad. He and his brother worked together. He tells of shoveling coal to keep the engines running. He had roots from Asheville, North Carolina to Raleigh, North Carolina and back up the mountain. He told of it being so snowy and icy that they had to park the train and just wait.
He was a great man in my eyes he worked until he was 88 years old. He drove his little red Mustang to work the night shift as a security guard and he walked all around the mill to make sure the gates were locked and everything was safe at night for the people working!
Current Mood: my current mood is very good because I had a grandfather who loved me dearly and who gave me the work ethic to keep working. So be strong like your elders take the best of them, and if there are any faults, forgive them and let them be. Always choose the high road.
