When I Feel Unsure...
Feeling uncertain can be overwhelming, especially when the path ahead seems unclear. I remember a time when I faced a major life decision and felt completely unsure about which direction to take. What helped me the most was embracing the message in Proverbs 3:6: "In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." This reminded me that I don’t need to see the entire journey at once—only the next step. Each day, I practiced taking just one step forward, trusting that guidance is there even when I couldn’t see it. This approach turned my anxiety into quiet confidence. Trusting God’s timing and direction, I learned to let go of the need to control every outcome and instead approached life with faith and patience. Prayer became a daily practice where I honestly shared my fears and hopes, asking for gentle guidance as the scripture says. If you’re feeling unsure, try focusing on just the immediate next step rather than the whole path. Surround yourself with supportive friends or a community that shares your faith, as they can offer encouragement when doubts arise. Remember, uncertainty doesn’t mean you’re alone or without direction—it’s often the beginning of profound growth and trust. By submitting your worries and plans to a higher power, you create space for peace and clarity to emerge naturally. This journey of faith isn’t about perfection but about embracing each moment with honesty and hope. Keep moving forward gently, one step at a time, and trust that the way will become clearer as you go.
