Tips for Long Healthy Hair 🌟
As a stay at home mom of three, I barely have time to do my hair, and I am constantly running around. This is my routine for keeping it fresh and healthy.
I do not wash my hair every day. I used to as a kid, but as I got older, my hair thrives on only being washed like once a week.
When I do wash it, I use sulfate and gluten-free shampoo and lots of conditioner.
I take a shower brush and brush the conditioner in. This helps get tangles out and makes it less damaging when brushing after the shower.
Afterward, I dry with a micro towel and then use leave in conditioner spray that has heat protection. I also add in a little bit of serum to keep it healthy.
Then I dry and use a brush straightener through it and brush it regularly throughout the days to keep it from tangling.
Before night, I braid it or put it back in a low pony so it doesn't get crazy.
