But this pressure cooker method? It's a game-changer for achieving that fall-off-the-bone goodness in a fraction of the time. You won't believe how easy it is to get incredibly juicy results, every single time. I used to spend a whole 'Bake 375 for 2 hours' just on turkey wings, and while delicious, it often meant less time for other things. My search for quicker holiday prep led me to the Instant Pot, and honestly, the convenience and the rave reviews from my family convinced me. The pressure cooking locks in moisture and infuses every bite with amazing flavor. These wings are perfect for a quick Sunday dinner, game day, or even a smaller Thanksgiving gathering. No more dry turkey wings – ever! Here’s how I make my delicious Instant Pot Turkey Wings, using some fantastic seasonings: Ingredients: 2-3 lbs turkey wings, separated 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing) 2 tsp all-purpose seasoning (your favorite blend, like a 'Spice Kween' style) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix 2 tbsp melted butter (or a bit of 'Tony's injection butter' for richness) ½ cup chopped bell peppers and onions 1 cup chicken broth or water Instructions: Prep & Season: Pat turkey wings dry. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until coated. Brush with melted butter now or later. Searing: Set Instant Pot to 'Sauté' (high). Sear wings in batches 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside. Deglaze: Add a splash of broth to the pot, scraping up any browned bits to prevent a 'Burn' notice.
