For generations, boys were taught that tears are weakness, vulnerability is failure, and asking for help is shameful. Then, when loneliness became an epidemic, feminism was blamed instead of the system that demanded emotional silence. Men don’t need less compassion—they need the freedom to feel without fear. Healing begins when we reject the lie that masculinity requires emotional isolation.
