this week i meal prepped a high protein chicken tikka masala with garlic butter rice from @_aussiefitness on instagram. i did have to make a swap- i couldnt get to the indian grocery store so instead of kashmiri chili powder i did paprika and cayenne pepper since google told me that would taste best. i did add a little too much cayenne so its super hot. i love spicy foods though so im grubbin.
