for most of my widgets, i use widgetsmith or ones provided by apps. i like to have them on my homescreen to remember things i need to do since i have a hard time remembering to add things or pick up things. the reminders is for sure the one i use most often. i literally add anything into there, for like picking stuff up, what im meal prepping, macros for meal prep, little tasks, laundry, you name it i add it to the widget. i also like to add little pictures to fill in gaps like on slide 3. i have much more on my ipad that are just pictures. the habits one has also been super helpful especially during my 75 soft to remember to stick to my diet, drink water (i take creatine so you need to make sure you drink enough), make sure i get 140 g protein daily, etc. i love widgets and these ones have been so helpful to me for real!
