Walking or sitting near rock formations can help clear your mind and reduce stress. Rocks, with their timeless endurance, remind us of nature's resilience and beauty. If you ever get a chance, I highly recommend finding an open space with interesting geological features. Take a moment to observe the textures and patterns in the rocks, listen to the wind, and breathe in the fresh air.
