Some things I already had and wanted to use before they went bad, like I added ricotta cheese in the stroganoff because I didn’t want it to go to waste, and it’s additional protein.

Chia seed pudding
- 48g tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3-4 frozen cherries (or your choice of fruit)
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 15g coconut flakes
- pinch of salt
Lamb Stroganoff
- 1lbs Halal Lamb
- 1 box Hamburger helper beef stroganoff
- 1 portobello mushroom
- 1/4 onion
- garlic powder
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp flour (thickener)
Lamb Alfredo
- 1lbs Halal Ground Lamb
- 2-4 servings Penne protein pasta
- 1 Jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 portobello mushroom
- 1/4 onion
- garlic powder
- parsley
- Italian seasoning
