My dad has always told me “it’s better to be single then wish you were single”

I have always wanted to be wanted. I think everyone can attest to that, but it wasn’t till recently when I got into a complicated relationship with a guy that I realized how extremely important it is to be in a relationship that is gods will. — I always have know that god has to be the center of the relationship but if two people are not the people that god wants to be together then it doesn’t matter how close yo are with god the relationship will be miserable.

I know how hard it is to want to be loved and seen by another person. Even though this person said they love me and they are in love with me. Actions speak louder than words. This person did nothing wrong. It’s just they were not in love with me. I wanted to be with him so bad but I realized I need to grieve and move on so that I can let god pick my husband, and I know it will be hard but I know I will be more happier than I ever believed I could be after

That pain led me to grieve and ultimately choose healing and trust in God’s timing instead of forcing a relationship that wasn’t right. One valuable lesson I discovered is that waiting on God to guide you to the right partner may be difficult, but it brings a peace and happiness that surpasses any temporary companionship. I also found inspiration in praying for a marriage that positively influences future generations, where children see real love modeled daily. This hope reflects a powerful truth: a godly marriage not only affects the couple but also sets a legacy of love and faith. If you find yourself longing for love, remember it’s better to be single and patient than to be in a relationship that leaves you wishing for freedom.
