March is my reset month.

I’m not planning anything crazy, I just want to be more consistent. Consistent with my goals, my routines, my habits… and with showing up for myself.

March is about discipline but also grace. Progress but also peace. Becoming the version of me I’ve been talking about for so long. 🌷✨

This month, I’m embracing consistency in small, meaningful ways — whether it’s writing new spring goals or simply stepping outside for coffee dates. One habit that’s made a huge difference is intentionally protecting my energy by choosing joy and letting go of negativity. It’s easier said than done, but setting boundaries, like unfollowing non-inspiring accounts or saying no without guilt, creates space for peace. On the wellness front, I’ve found that small daily rituals add up wonderfully. Drinking more water, stretching first thing in the morning, and aiming for 10k steps help me feel energized and grounded. Deep cleaning one space each week refreshes my living environment and mindset, supporting that personal glow-up journey. Trying new hairstyles or updating a spring wardrobe gives a fresh vibe that lifts my spirits. Also, dedicating one full Sunday to reset — a mini digital detox, meal prepping, and planning — recharges me for the week ahead. Taking myself on solo dates, maybe a bookstore visit or a scenic walk, has become a nurturing ritual that keeps me connected to myself. If you’re looking to bloom at your own pace, a gentle reminder: progress and grace can coexist. Be consistent, but also kind to yourself during the journey. This balance of discipline and self-compassion is at the heart of my March reset. It’s not about perfection but about intentionally cultivating habits that nurture your growth and happiness one day at a time.
