For instance, I started with deleting screenshots and unnecessary photos—these accumulate unnoticed, clogging up my phone storage and mental space. Clearing kitchen counters and nightstands has brought a surprising sense of calm to my daily routine, making my environment feel lighter and more manageable. An important part of this reset is digital decluttering too. Unfollowing accounts that bring chaos or negativity on social media has improved my digital well-being. I also made a habit of unsubscribing from email lists I no longer find useful, which helped reduce overwhelm. Letting go of unrealistic expectations about what I must accomplish each day has been transformative. Writing down my top three priorities daily—which the March calendar encourages—has made my to-do list feel achievable rather than daunting. What I found most sustainable about this approach is the focus on "tiny clears" that create "real momentum." Instead of trying to overhaul everything in one day, I spread tasks throughout the month, which kept me motivated and prevented burnout. For anyone looking to start, I recommend using a calendar or checklist like the one offered to stay on track. Celebrate the small wins and notice how decluttering your mind, physical space, and digital life can contribute positively to your energy and intentional living.
