私が「髪 速乾 グッズ」を探してたどり着いた結論は、“ドライヤーを頑張る”より先に、濡れている時間を短くする仕込みがいちばん効くということでした。ここでは、記事で紹介したアイテムを前提に「速乾 ヘアケア」をさらに時短にする使い方を、私のやり方でまとめます。 まずお風呂上がりは、ゴシゴシ拭かずに“頭皮→中間→毛先”の順で水気を取るのが近道。頭皮が濡れていると根元がいつまでも乾かないので、タオルで地肌を押さえる時間を最初に多めにします。そのあとヘアドライタオル（吸水タオル）やキャップで3〜5分だけ放置。ここで一気に水分が減るので、ドライヤー時間が体感でかなり短くなりました。 次に「速乾 ヘアミスト」は、つけるタイミングが大事でした。私はトリートメント後に軽く水気を切ってから、毛先だけでなく“髪の内側”にも薄くスプレーしています。表面だけにつけるより、内側に行き渡らせた方が乾きムラが減って結果的に早いです。つけすぎると逆に乾きにくく感じることがあるので、ロングでも数プッシュずつ足して調整しています。 乾かすときは、スピードドライ系のヘアブラシ（またはスケルトンブラシ）で根元をふわっと起こしながら風を通すと時短になります。濡れ髪は切れやすいので、私は毛先から無理にとかさず、まずは手で大きい絡まりだけほどいてから、ブラシを内側に差し入れてキューティクルに沿って上から下へ“そっと”動かします。 ドライヤーは、温風を同じ場所に当て続けないのがポイント。根元→中間→毛先の順で、頭を左右に分けながら乾かすと「分け目」まわりの乾き残りが減ります（分け目がずっと湿っているとペタンとなりやすい…）。温冷自動切替の機種は仕上がりが早いだけじゃなく、最後の冷風でツヤが出やすいのも良かったです。 あと、検索で見かける「花王 ドライヤー速乾」系の話題は、製品名が分かりにくいことも多いので、選ぶときは“速乾をうたうか”より「吸水（タオル）」「風の通り道（ブラシ）」「熱の当て方（ドライヤー）」の3点で揃えるのがおすすめ。どれか1つだけより、組み合わせた方がドライ時間が目に見えて短くなりました。
