Except for the Pro Field (Elite, Semi-Elite and Thai leg), only 10K and must be 19 years of age or older, or born in 2007 / 2007.

!! Some 10 hundred thousand have mandatory equipment, running number (Bib) and Rist band.

Runners must pick up their jerseys and numbers on their own on specified days and times and still do not deliver Bib. Let other runners run instead in any case. If they run interchangeably or stack Bib or commit other rules, the maximum penalty will be 5 years. Do not compete in all events organized by MICE, including other penalties.
