How to comfort the heart on a weak day
Allow yourself "not okay": don't force a smile, don't say yes, fatigue is a sign that you've been good enough, and now it's time to rest.
Pause: Put your tomorrow worries back on your current breath or something in front of you, such as a warm cup of coffee or a comfortable song.
Be kind to yourself: Ask yourself, "If your best friend is tired like this, what will we tell him?" And say that to yourself.
Cut Out the Noise: Take a break from social media that makes you feel like you have to compare your life to someone else and then listen to your inner voice.
